This is an opportunity for the Board of Trustees to solicit and review input from the public regarding the transfer and use of Tier III categorical program funds.  

This is an opportunity for the Board of Trustees to solicit and review testimony from the public regarding the Preliminary Environmental Assessment (PEA) for the proposed school site located at 425 N. Lyon Avenue in San Jacinto, California.  

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Personnel Services Report. 

Consent agenda items are considered routine, requiring no discussion, and are normally all approved at one time by the Board. A Board member may request that an item be withdrawn from the consent list and acted upon separately.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees adopt Resolution No. 12-13-47, Accepting State Categorical Funds and Implementing Flexibility Authorized by Senate Bill X3 4.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees adopt the Mileage and Cell Phone Allowance Schedule.

The Superintendent's Designee Committee and family have agreed upon conditions of expulsion through the stipulated expulsion process. It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Superintendent's Designee Committee recommendations.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Head Start Preschool Program Area Plans, Policies and Procedures, and the Parent Policy Committee By-Laws.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the overnight field trip for the Class of 2013 to attend Grad Night at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Physical Education Exemptions.

Information items are generally included on the agenda for two reasons. One, to solicit reactions from the Board and public on matters which may be presented to the Board for action at a later date; and two, to provide presentations and information on a wide range of matters of interest to the Board of Trustees and public, but which require no action.

The following revised Board Policies are presented to the Board of Trustees for review: BP 1312.3, Uniform Complaint Procedures; BP 5126, Awards for Achievement and BP 5131, Conduct.

The Job Description for Enrollment Technician, Head Start/State Preschool is presented to the Board of Trustees for review.

The quarterly report for the period ending March 31, 2013 of cash investments by the District and San Jacinto High School's Associated Student Body will be presented to the Board of Trustees.

Key goals and activities of each school's Single Plan for Student Achievement will be presented to the Board of Trustees for review.
